Finger millet(Eleusine coracana), Pearl millet(Pennisetum glaucum), Jowar millet(Sorghum bicolor), Foxtail millet(Setaria italica), Little millet(Panicum sumatrense), Banyard millet(Echinochloa esculenta), Kodo millet(Paspalum scrobiculatum), Moong dal.
Take 1 Tbsp of our Millets porridge mix in 200ml of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until it becomes thick. Once the porridge is prepared, you can add salt (or) jaggery upon ones taste.
