Why has my mix hardened?

All our ingredients are 100% herbs and superfoods without any preservatives or stabilizers. Thus they are highly hygroscopic in nature. This means that they absorb moisture from the air which can cause them to harden.

It is thus important to take care of your products and store them carefully.

Why does one of my product look a little different in color from my previous order?

We source freshly harvested ingredients from our farm partners every season. The difference in color might depend on the time and season of the harvest. This does not affect the quality and efficacy of the mixes in any way!

What do I do if my package has been damaged?

Our parcels are packed carefully for every order, however shipping can increase a slight chance that some might get damaged. Please read our Refund policy take an unboxing video, and write to us at apivirutt.store@gmail.com for further assistance.

What do I do if some items in my order are missing?

We undergo a strict quality control procedure for every order before being dispatched. However, if the items are different from what you ordered or if some items are missing, please read our Refund policy, take an unboxing video, and write to us at apivirutt.store@gmail.com for further assistance.

Who should I contact for queries/concerns related to products or delivery?

What to do if my payment has gone through but I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched within 4 days after placing your order post which you will receive an email with your tracking details.
